I didn't think you could improve rice pudding but the addition of malt sounds brilliant. Two of my favourite things.

Just made this and tasted it while it was warm and I know I’m going to be basking in chilled rice pudding delight in tomorrow’s heatwave. I’m starting to get excited about toppings! Maybe fresh cherries or strawberries?

I will never make another rice pudding again- and I consider myself quite the rice pudding connoisseur! Talk about indulgent- especially with added whipped cream! Thanks so much for the recipe x

Love the idea of the bruleed rice pudding / Far Breton mash-up by sneaking some prunes into the mix (why is Far Breton not more popular and widely available?!)
